Three owners but only one is interested in filing a case to get land
09-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
If a land was owned by four persons,if three persons were not intrested in land and only one of the owner wants to fight legally and get back land under land acquistion act....does she alone can challenge in court and get the complete land on her name....or any other documentations to be done?
she will not get other three person's share if the other three persons do not contest the case.
Moreover we also need to see on how the land is owned by four persons and what rights does each of them have in case the land cannot be separated by metes and bounds. So we need to see the title document.
