The builder does not honor Agreement, what is the remedy?

The apartment builder is not honoring the terms of Agreement of Sale. The Sale deed draft does not match Agreement and there is no ownership on UDS (Undivided Share) in land and amenities. I already paid 90% of the amount. We want to exit from the project and get atleast bank interest (9.5% Home loan) from the builder. The building company has 2 Israel companies as partners, who exited the partnership and changed the schedule of the property. Can I file a case against all the partner companies? Please advise. Thank you
You will have to move an Original Complaint against the builder, yes you can make the partners party in your complaint case. You will file the complaint for refund of court fees along with interest. if the court finds appropriate then should order the opposite party to refund with interest
