Tenant not vacating my flat and not giving rent from 4 month, lady is single with leaving with son 4 years old ......... she has no mul niwas praman patra where she is belongs........ i have only her previous flat address proof........... she is saying i will not give rent and not vacating the flat you can take any action ............. i already complaint sec 24 noida thana...........that time she returned ... whe will leave the flat 25 august 2016 but not left........... now she is saying to me .............. you can take action for court ............ i dont know ............
she cannot stay without paying the rent. she has to pay rent or vacate the premises. you can put her to notice again giving her a week's time else you shall take necessary action against her. you can file an eviction suit along with criminal complaint with the nearest police station.
