Telangana LRS BRS Sheme issue we have got Partition deed

We have got partition deed through the Hon'ble Prl Judge 2 years back related to a Title deed case got final decree (partition deed) last 2 years back. whether is it needed to apply for LRS / BRS which was by a Gazette Order 151/2015 of Telangana State. if the court and revenue itself says that the land is partitioned vide the Orders in this case is it applicable to the matter of State Govt Land ceiling Regularisation?
Unfortunately yes. You will need to get the regularisation done through LRS/BRS. This is the case with many other clients of mine also when we obtained legal opinion from the advocate general. Unfortunately the advocate general refused to give his opinion in writing.
