Supertech eco village excess demand letter

I booked a flat in Eco village 2 of Supertech builder in 2010 and now I have received a demand letter to pay more than 6 times the amount that was left for payment. It includes farmer compensation, interest on delayed payment by bank(though Supertech sent the demand letter late and Bank immediately disbursed the amount), increased super area, water connection charges, 1 year advance maintenance etc. what should I do?
in the agreement between you and your builder is it mentioned that you are liable to pay this amount. anywhere was it mentioned that you would have to pay the excess amount then what you are liable to pay. the Excess Demand letter is void if it is not mentioned in your agreement regarding the payments you are supposed to make. you can speak to your builder regarding this and incase you do not get a positive reply you may approach the consumer forum regarding the same.
