Stoppage of common facility by Society for dispute over maintenance

29-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Stoppage of common facility by Society for dispute over maintenance which is subjudice at Registrar Belapur. What to do ? Society is now after 11 month at the time of renewal of agreement saying that our licencee is not legal as we have not taken Society NOC. Although we have submitted agreement and police verification. Do we require NOC for renewal of agreement? Do we need to register the agreement. As per my knowledge agreement less than 12 month need not necessarily registered ? In future if we show licencee as our employee. Does that remove the necessity of SocietyNOC? And Non occupancy charges will it be removed henceforth?

You are not liable to pay the maintenance charges for a period during which you were not the owner of such premises. You shall not worry and no legal action can be taken against you.

You can even complaint against them for stopping basic facility.
