how to stop construction of house, which is doing forcely by uncle . when my father and uncle property divide documentory but plot allotment and demarcation not done yet, when we ask to stop const , he is not stopping rather say he will continue what ever you would like to do do.
To stop the construction you can file a civil suit for stay in construction in the property. You will have to collect all the documents and other things which will be helpful in filing the case. You can also file a complaint against illegal construction with the police.

You have to take injunction from the court to stop the work.Then you have to file a case for partition.Then the court will mark the property as per the submission and documentry evidence by both of the parties.
