Step brother torturing for property,half part already made in his name

my grandfather written the site to my daddy name narayanaswamy as 1st party,my daddy made loan on that and build house. my grand fathers second wife son as 2nd party is harassing on us we are telling that we write the half site for u but u want to wait till 10years after loan finishes we gave u the site but they giving torture to us now we make case on them for harassing.putting case on them lose comes to us or them

In your problem you are not stated the fact that how your grandfather obtained the writ over the property and also not informed that how your grand father transfered the property to you father.
In case if it was the self acquired property of the grand father and the same is transfered to your father by way of Sale Deed or Gift, then your father will be the absolute owner.
If the property is an ancestral property, then the your grand father 2nd wife son also get right over the property.
