Apply for survey of the property before Government Survey belonging to the concerned Village Panchayat. And after issuance of survey sketch with actual measurement apply for change of Khatha before the Village Panchayat.

Make an application to the Village Panchayath to grant you a khata for the site, attach copy of your mother deed, - document. Also, ask the panchayath for measuring before recommending fr Khata. They will make a khata for the actual measurement.

Hi, The measurement needs to be recorded with sub-registrar office against your property and not on gram panchayat records. You need to approach registrar office in the village for the same, assuming you have mother documents to prove it. You may discuss with me along with your original documents.
