stay order on construction of home. Advocate advising to put lanter.

we have bought 1 canal land 10yr ago ,used that land for irrigation for almost 10yrs and on this feb we started construction of our house. construction of basement(one lanter below the base) was done and further construction of ground floor was done ,only lanter was left and we have got stay orders on the basis of joint account of the land with the ones from we bought this land . we have been into the courthearing for 5 times but no decision has been taken. now after 5 months our advocate is saying to put on lanter.so what will be the consequences?? please give us the appropriate suggestion .

If there is a stay order against you, it is advised that you don't violate it to prevent trouble in the future with respect to the suit property. It will be held against you in future if you violate the order especially when you're aware of it.
