Stay order in my writ petition until further court order what can I do
27-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I filed a Writ Petition Against Kolkata Metropoliton Authority & State of West Bengal in 2014 regarding my residence, where I am living more than ten years. I have obtained a Stay Order till Further Court Order From Kolkata High Court in Feb 2015. Now the Staus of court is Pending. If any problem for me to live there. what can I do at this stage? please advice me through e mail.
In case of the court has granted stay order then there is no problem for you to live there. You can just wait till the further orders is given by the court.
