In 1955 march a plot of land is sold thru regd sale deed between 2 persons. In sept 1955 purchaser enters into an agreement of sale with DMC pays @10 per sq yd n construction related rules form the sub. matter of it. In march 1958, DMC made an indenture wherein it mentions about seizing a parcel of land under Northern City Extension Scheme no 1, sabzi mandi & confirms the sale of land at price which he already paid in sep 1955. Further it mentions as per request of purchaser his wife's name is also added as purchaser. Now who is the owner technically? What happens to 1955 sale deed now?

Legally both the members are the owner of the land since as per the documents it contains the name of both parties. It really does not matter who paid for it. Ultimately it is on the name of two people. Contact me for any further assistance
