I want to gift a 200 Sq meter plot at Moradabad to my daughter (married), what are the stamp duty charges ?
The stamp duty depends upon the amount of registration. It also depends upon the different states as different states have different taxation policies. you can hire a lawyer and can take his advice on the formation of sale and purchase deed and also the stamp duty
