my father is death last year and may mother is not given permission to stay in house, what can i do. i have all documents in that address. please advise.
IF THE NAME OF FATHER IS IN THE APPROVED LIST BUILDER IS BOUND TO GIVE POSESSION OF FLAT TO THE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED .
ADDRESS LETTER TO BUILDER ENCLOSING DEATH CERTIFCATE OF THE DECEASED AND FOR ALLOTMENT OF FLAT TO THE MOTHER . ENCLOSE COPY OF noc FROM OTHER LEGAL HEIRS . IF BUILDER DOES NOT REPLY ISSUE LEGAL NOTICE TO BUILDER .
