Son and daughter in law harassing and threatening for property

After the death of husband, son and daughter in law is threatening to file case of domestic violence and asking money and property. Both have been staying away and never supported since more than twelve years. Am staying with my daughters. they are threatening them also. please advise.
In case where the father has not left a will for the property to be distributed after his death then all the legal heirs will have equal rights over the property. The property will be distributed between the wife and the children of the father equally. The son can claim his share in the property.
In case of threat received to file a false domestic violence case –
1. Try to collect evidence by audio/video recording the said threats,
2. Lodge a police complaint against your son’s wife for threatening and blackmailing you,
