someone took sign from my mother and transfered property to his name

Hello every one iam sukendar, we have one ancestral property this property owner was not alived, she is my father paternal aunt,she don’t have any children, she died before 1983,we don’t have any property papers,recently I know it , my mother&grandmother and me are property legal heirs, without my sign some one registerd our property on his name,and he given public notice also before he registed property but I did’t see it,I asked him how can u registerd it, he told ur mother given sign on our papers &she taken 50k rupees also, but he put in saledeed4lakh , but my mother was uneducated
U can give notice through lawyer for cancellation of sale deed. You should go to lawyer. Issue a legal notice against concern parties. Issue a public notice also stating all your grievances. Register a police complaint if police don't take cognizance then you may file private case also for forgery and cheating . Surely this will solve your problem.
