Someone has displayed his possession board on my land what to do

Someone putted his possession board on my land without having any lega possession documents and when i removed board ,it again putted it And on the basis of this Nagarpalika not give the permission of construction.what can i do now. Either go to court or to police. Please suggest what remedies and solutions are available
