someone created forged document against my property

We have house on my father name it was 350sqyards but we constructed house 400sqyards for this we have grampanchayat permission (400sqyards) given me last 20years for this we are paying tax also from last 20years OK. But now some one created document on some of place in my house for this grampanchayat given a permission.now what i will do give me an answer
You can visit the local tehsildar office for the transfer of the property .however to stop or restrain illegal possession you can inform the police and register the complaint to the police if you find someone doing any such activity.you can also file a complaint in the court of your jurisdiction under section 200 of CrPC.

When you have only 350 sq yds you have constructed on extra 50 sq yds. If the opponent challenges the same you have to surrender the 50 sq yds or in the alternative, you have to pay the price of the same to the opponent. Talk to them and convince them and enter into some understanding.
By paying tax for 20 years, you will not get any title over the property.
