Some people started cultivating our land now claiming the property

I have property which is transferred to my name and my younger brother's name after death of my parents,we had got that land under indira Gandhi's rule by land tribunal which is 4 acre 32 guntas, and now this year some other people are cultivating our land and claiming that that land belongs to them, we have all original documents survey map copy, 10 no form, notice copy which was sent to opponents,etc we had loged complaint on them stating that these people are forcefully entering and cultivating our land, but they have filed appeal in civil stating we have done survey without informing them
