Sold property but now it is on dispute can the buyer sue me?

23-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
We have bought plot in Bangalore in 1994 from builders and got Khata. I am paying property tax regularly and even got the construction approval from BBMP. My brother and me made partition deed and divided property 3 years back. My brother sold his property 2 years back and I have sold recently. The buyer who bought from me planning to do construction, some people came and stopped him and showing the RTC of registration and giving problem to him. Survey number is wrongly register by builder in my documents. Survey number is wrong then I was also cheated by builder. Even though survey number was mentioned wrongly, the schedule (boundaries) saying East, West, North and south details, will not save us legally in this case if they move to court? Now the buyer planning to take legal action against on me and try to recover the amount. Could you please suggest how and what are the action need to be taken.

If it is wrongful possession, definitely they will get inject on the property, better you move to court take injection restraining, consult and file a suit for entire possession and raised query back all the payment and all. Consult and file suit.
