Please check whether the sale deed entered into between you and the earlier land owner is duly registered and ensure that you have purchased the property without any conditions or encumbrances. If you have registered the sale deed in accordance with the laws existing at the relevant point of time, and you have tax paid receipts, TDS, etc., then it is likely that you are the absolute owner of the property and the earlier land owner cannot dispossess you. Please go through the documents and make sure that you have the correct legal documents. If indeed you are the legal, absolute purchaser then, before the land lady or her sons file a case against you, you can also take the first step by lodging a police complaint as they are threatening to dispossess you from the land that you rightly own. This is a gist of my legal advice based on your query. Please note that my legal advice is not final and without looking at the relevant documents and without obtaining further information from you, I cannot give a complete solution.
