Society denied NOC of flat what to do now for sale of flat

I want to sale my flat so i applied for NOC to society as my buyer wants from society as he is appling for bank loan But my society has deny NOC for sale of flat because i have converted Pocket terrace in to bedroom and extended flowe bed.they want i should convert it into original strcture only then they can issue NOC for sale of flats Please guide me
You can issue a legal notice and ask for the same if they deny you have right to file dispute in co-operative court against the managing committee and get resolved your grievances. Further you can also pray for action against them for their wrong.
