Sister sold property without informing how to proceed legally
20-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother and his sister has property, there father written no will but it mandatory that both get equal part of property, one sister sold whole property will illegal do umdnts, then what we have to do, 2nd if we don't want to case of 420 and she is not ready for mutual concern on her there is another way to solve this.
Dear, if you don't want criminal case against your sister then you have remedy other then, should filed or lodged first information report against whom made fabrication will upon the property mentioned.
If the property in question is encestral property of father of your mother than it has to be device in equal share of each surviving legal heir. As such sister of your mother was not having any right to sold the same lonely. U can instituted a suit for partition and cancellation of the sale deed
that selling of property is not valid,if you haven't endorsed or signed in the document. if a male dies intestate, the share of the property will go equally to his legal heirs. so your mother and you should sign into the property registration document.
