Hi,

Once your Grandfather died. His property automatically goes to grandson/granddaughter.
In your concept two granddaughter are there , so that properties probably split into two equal share.
If you not get your property , you want to file partition suit after that automatically you get your share.

Sir,
It need more information to come to a conclusion, whether the said property was left by your grandfather without any will? any other legal heirs available for your grandfather? if the property is of undivided in nature you can claim your share. If that is the situation consult an advocate to proceed further.

if she refuses go for partition suit against the said property , if you have documents to substantiate the said claim, she cannot CALIM this property without sufficient document to prove valid transfer of property from your father and grand father. so carry on with legal process ASAP.
