18-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir ,my meternal grandfather(Hindu) have only two daughters (X and Y).both are married. Her father had made a Will in which he had clearly mentioned that I and my wife are living with my younger daughter(X) that home will be give to X .in which my elder daughter will have not any concern.beside that all my property will be divided in equal share..between them.now problem is that there is a open field along with home..that field also will divide in equal share .but there is no any passage path to reach that field beside our main gate..now we have raise boundary wall from all side...but she wants a way....to reach their field...we offered to Y that we are giving her double property in place of that field...but she refused our offer..and filed a case against X.SUIT FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION...now my metrnal grand parents died....in will house is given to X..now mutation is also pending....advise me...sir
