Sister asking for share in parent's property can she claim?

We are four brothers and one sister. We're dividing the land property of our father among brothers. Our sister wants a share in the property and ready to fight for it. She has been married for more than 35 years and she is very well settled financially. Does she have any right over the property.
If your father is alive then the property can be divided as per the wish of your father. But as per the judgement of the Supreme Court in December, 2015, if your father died after September, 2005 without a will then your sister will have equal share in the property and if your father died before September 2005 then your sister will have no share in the property.
