You can make him sign Letter of Estoppel along with Arbitration Agreement before making the payment to the bank then it will be completely safe. For more details you may feel free to contact me any time during office hours.

Hello,

See this kind of agreement will not be good for you. I suggest you to kindly enter into an agreement with the seller which lay down the terms and condition of this agreement, and make sure you get this agreement registered in the registrar office.

Let me know if I can be of any help.

Sign an agreement with him before exchanging any money, it has to be watertight so that you are not encumbranced with a pre-existing liability. Why don't you book a consultation with us and we can draft a water tight agreement for you.
