Should I buy property if there is a possibility of dispute

A has a self aquired property of six decimals in west bengal.he died leaving B(wife),C,D,E,F respectively as married daughter and G as son.soon after the dead of A his son G also died leaving H as his wife and K as his ninor son of 8 Years.All of B,C,D,E,F,G,H are willing to sell of A's property since K is Minor and holder of 1/12of the property.how can i purchase this property?It has been stated to mr that H mother of K(minor) will take the portion of K(Money) along with her own part.Is it possible and legal?

H who is the mother of K is the natural guardian of K and can therefore dispose of the property of K for the benefit and use of K. Therefore, such a contractual arrangmenet or family settlement would be valid. K would be a party to the deed through K, his guardian.
