shops on rent but now they are not giving them back for my business

i am owner of 4 shops.which i give on rent around 8 years.now i start my own bussines in my my shop but they don't give it easyily. so what can i do??
You must file an eviction petition before the concerned rent controller in the district where the property situated, on the ground of personal necessity. It should not take a lot of time. Could be disposed of in a year if conducted properly.

you can file eviction suit on the ground of personal necessity and other reasons
since u are land lord of the property u can file litigation and during the course of litigation also you will keep getting rent from them
