Shop under redevelopment builder denying to give the shop back

My shop is under a redevelopment scheme. I had given the possession of my shop to the builder 4 months ago n received rent from him. The builder has recently constructed smaller shops in the acquired area as transit camps and he is sub-letting them. When I approached him and registered myself for a transit shop he refused my application saying that the ones constructed are already given out to other people. He also refuses to give me a shop. Is there any legal action that I can take?

Also the managing committee members are his puppets and hence they also do not support member like You !
Moreover, due to their money power the builders have been silencing all voices raised against them and hence nobody takes up the fight..
But please take up the fight and plan legal action against the Builder for making him understand the power of Member !
