Shop On Rent Since 1968 tenant not leaving now

My Grandfather gave property on rent 1968, after his dimise, my father and his elder brother have divided property in two parts and two shop came in my father name, they have sign agreement. accepting my father as there landlord and agreeing on old trems no hotel no subtetant, they have kept shop close for more than 5 years. how can we proceed to get back our shop, tenant does not want to leave shop as they are not opening nor giving us back vacant. we get rent low as 1400.00 per shop by chque. please help

U have to file eviction petition.
U can also file the petition for increasing the rent. It would take not more then year to increase the petition. U can also force ur tenant to sign a fresh rent agreement as the property has been transfered in ur dad name. For further u can mssge or call me
