Share of married daughter in parental property. How to claim?

We are 3 daughter's am elder am 14 years elder to them am 37 now .Parents show partiality related to money property they gave benefits like fixed deposit to other two pf nominees etc. In future wl I also have right on property of them when they are alive or after death as they r 75 age can I get share of property as am financially weak married Hindu.

The law is the personal or self acquired property can by your parents in any manner they like. You say they have given PF benefits. In which and what mode or manner the said benefits are given to your sisters?. Have they gifted it or have they have bequeathed by WILL it is not clear. The WILL comes into operation after the death of testator. So it all depends on your parents as of now. If parents die without writing a WILL then everyone of you shall have equal share in the property whether movables or immovable.
