Share of Ancestral property wrongly taken by brother

There is a house build by my grandfather. Due to working outstation .my father has been residing in different town. The house is in name of my grandmother who passed away six months ago. While she was sick for last ten years..my uncle got in his name last year. Is there any provision to challenge this will?
House built by grandfather but recorded in name of grandmother so it is considered as self earned property of your grand mother therefore she is the only who can trnsfer the house according to her wishes.will is prevail.
