Share of a married woman in her mother's property

I am married and want to claim share in mother's property.I want to file a case.please advise me how to start my case so that I can file in delhi high court in first week of august.what preparation I should have before filing.How much time court will take to serve notice?

Dear Friend,
You have right over the parental property as equal your brother.
You need to come for meeting and after seen the documents i will properly advice you and primarily the case will file before the concern District & Sessions Court and with in 4/5 months from the date of filing notice will be served.
Its general suggestion for confirmation you need to visit my office with documents.
