Share already given sister now she is claiming share in my share

I have one property issue..my mother have 5 children ..2 brothers 3 sisters including me..my father died when I was small..after my father died she divided property n gave to my sister's also..in my part old house came..so I developed my old house to in to shops n one house..now I am planning to sale my 2 shops now my sister send legal notice that she want also share..if she file case she will get share? My mother gave me my property has gift dd no register.payng taxes from 1992.
No your sister can not claim her share in the said property as, the partition has already been done away with. Also, if the said partition was done in 1992 or before 2005 amendment, then your sister can not claim any right over any share of the ancestral property.
