Servant of house not received salary can I claim tenancy right

I am residing since last 60 year in my house.as i am servant of landlord. I have to do all work assign by landlord and take care of bldg.but landlord dod not give any salary for such work.so landlord has given the house and i am not paying any rent.i have of said house from last 60 yr.i have ration card electricity bill. I can claim tenancy right by filling suit on landlord? Landlord can evict me?

There is no land lord and tenant relation ship between you and the owner of your house. Just of having electricity bill not entitle to you as tenant. As you have not registered the rent agreement you won't get any right by law. On the contrary land lord can evict you at any time.
