Seller sold property to two people what action can i take

Seller has sold the property the property to two buyers. Qwhat should I do. Seller has taken biana from two persons . I have got the property registered on my name but now another purchase against same property is approaching me ... what should I do.. what action should I take
If same property has been sold twice and your sale deed is prior in time by same seller, you need not to worry. If purchased land is agricultural property, get it mutated in your name on the basis of your sale deed and you can certainly save your possession over the property. If anybody interfere in your possession, an injunction suit can be filed restraining that body from interfering into your possession.
