If the property is self acquired property of your mother than she can execute will or gift deed as per her wish and you can't compel her for the share in her property . If it is your father's property or his ancestral property than you have a right of claim in the property and you can sue against your mother for partition. If it is your father's self acquired property which he had executed any will or gift exclusively in your mother's name then your mother becomes the absolute owner of the property and she can bequeath the same as per her wish in which you and your sibling don't have any right of claim.
