How can i secure my empty plot of land from getting kabzaa by builders or any local gundas ?anything which cant ever be taken by any one else?

If It is your presumption that some one will grab our property unlawfully or forcibly as the same is a vacant plot of land. In this regards you may take section 144 of against the unknown persons and if someone still wanted to grab the property in that case you may call the police and able to defend your right title and interest . You have to be vary cautious about these type of grievance and immediately after coming to known the incident steps to be taken forthwith without any delay otherwise , you may have to seek further redress in the court for removal of the trespassers from the land owned and possessed by you. Presently apart from this nothing can be done as you are not aware that who is going to grab the land and when he will grab as appears from the question submitted for reply and response.
