After getting the property vacated under section 13 A of East Punjab rent restriction act, till what time i have to keep the property vacated (without giving on rent)
The retired person has to occupy it within a period of 3 months.
It cannot be let out to any other person other than the tenant who has been evicted, for a period of three years from the date of eviction.
