Sale of property and taking full payment in cash

I hd purchase one comm prooerty in last year by full cheque payment. Know i want to sale it,cuatomer paying a goos amt and ready to buy but in cash payment wht shd i do? Can i take full amt in cash?
Donot opt for cash payment. You should actual go ahead for cheque payment only. Dealing the entire transaction would land you in trouble. You will have to pay the entire tax implied on such cash transaction,
