Sale deeds when sold further to next buyer
23-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
What happens to the old sale deed ( original ) when a property is sold to the next buyer ?
Once you enter into a sale deed pertaining to any property naturally you will succeed the previous purchaser and as per that the property will be registered in the name of new purchaser in the concerned Sub Registrar office and all the records related to the property will display the new purchaser name for example:- Khatha extract, tax paid receipts, khatha certificate etc : the previous sale deed automatically looses it sanctity.
