Safeguards and guidelines to buy an open non-developed land ?

I've hakku pathra for the government plot which is not even developed and it's just an open land.. Is it safe to have it?? Because I've paid amount for that plot.. Please answer as soon as possible..

Is the Hakku patra in your name? If it is in some other's name you are subject to conditions on Hakku patra.It appears to be a grant land and careful scrutiny of the papers is very imminent. Contact me immediately along with documents.

Can u send copy of Hakku patra. If RTC or other revenue available it's copy is needed. EC is also required. Hakku Patra means original title deed. I have to verify if prohobitive period is over or not

Hakku Pathra is a title to land given by the govt of Karnataka. The Hakku Pathra land is generally subject to a number of additional conditions & restrictions. since it is normally given poor & SC/ST etc. It is advisable to consult a property lawyer before proceeding for any action.
