I have took shops under one society can society have rights on shop front space or can shop owners claim open space in front of shop in housing society ? also shop holder have to pay society charges?
I have took shops under one society can society have rights on shop front space ?also shop holder have to pay society charges-- what are the terms and conditions in the agreement kindly go through it-- and if you have paid the amount then the society has no right over the property
