Road to my plot captured by neighbors what action can I take

Sir, had a plot of NA land with road marked in the conveyance deed which is registered. when i visited the plot after 6 month I saw that the neighbor has completely grabbed this road and has put compound wall thereby blocking my way to my plot. Sir kindly advise as what has to be done now.
A suit for grant of right of way needs to be filed immediately to restrain the neighbour from usurping your plot for which you have a registered conveyance deed. A complaint with the local police station stating the aforesaid facts and enclosing the conveyance deed will also help in the proposed suit.
