Rights of tribal daughter on the land

Does only daughter(only sibling) of a Brahmin father and Tribal mother has the rights to claim a tribal land which was bought and registered to her Tribal mother on 1980.The only property left for their daughter after their death.

Being a legal heir of your mother the property can be inherited by you. But for selling the said property you will be required a tribal purchaser only or else if general category person wants to purchase the same then the permission from a collector is required
