Rights of parties in succession property

Please clarify in case of UP leasehold zila parishad land acquired by succession : 1-What are if any rights of Hindu married daughter ? 2.SC verdict on married daughters share annulled,since marriage approx 40 years back 3.Rights of undeclared tenant running commercial activity paying in cash without any lease deed or receipt.They have electricity connection in their own name ? Tenure has been over 20 years.Will adverse possession be applicable. 4.What is process and documents required to sell such nazul zila parishad lease land,renewal every 30 years ?

Post 2005 amendment a daughter (married or not) has the same right/share as a son in the coparcenary property i.e. in the property which your father has got from your grandfather or if your father brought property out of funds given by your grandfather.
Nobody can push you out of the house and you can claim you right by filing a partition suit in the Court.
