There is no existance of legal term "tejyaputra" in the eye of law so ahead with your 1/8th share over the property. At first make a search in the court having jurisdiction over the property cobcerned that whether there is any partition suit filed or disposed of in respect of the said property and make a search in the concerned re registry office that whether any partition deed has been executed in respect of the said property. If there is any such suit or deed challenge the same otherwise approach your uncles aunties and other countries sharer for making partition if they are not agreeing then file a suit for partition.
