rights of daughter over fathers rights under Muslim law

I am muslim by religion.After death of my maternal grandfather and grandmother my 5 uncles(brothers of my mom) distributed property among them without consent of my mom nd two maternal aunties(2 sister of my mom) 25 years back.my mother died 10 years back.all i want to know can i file a case agains my uncles for same????
