Rights of daughter in partition

16-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I'm from(hindu), like to check if daughters have any share in Partition? as per new act. Apart from it as no Will is created and father expiry before 2000. As it's joint family partition among 6 brothers, if all shares are equal then any share is exempted for stamp duty? As im aware1% stMp duty and 0.5% registration on individual share I guess.

==Yes, Daughters will get equal rights in par with Male members in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. I do not know about other states. No exemption of Stamp duty. You have to pay 1% plus 0.5% = 1.5% on Highest share.
